When the pandemic upended the live events industry, TED tapped People’s TV to adapt their signature red stage to the virtual space. Allowing Thought Leaders to continue to inspire audiences during a time of unprecedented challenges.

TED Uncharted
Instead of losing their famed conferences to the pandemic, TED saw an opportunity for new ways of connection, collaboration, and interaction.
The eight-week program offered ways to deepen community relationships and, together, re-imagine what the future can be.
People’s Television worked closely with TED coaches, curators and leadership to bring 31 talks and musical performances to life, infusing each talk and performance with as much passion and power as if it were delivered from the TED stage.
Using remote crews and web-linked cameras, microphones, and even smartphones, we coordinated a COVID-safe worldwide production that brought viewers into the homes of some of our world’s most illustrious orators.
