We teamed up with Harvard University professors Henry Louis Gates, Michael Sandel, and Jody Freeman, to produce three courses for "Power Skills for Career Growth", bringing each to life with clarity, energy, and craft. The courses cover topics like purpose-driven leadership, persuasive communication, enhancing workplace culture and ethical thinking in the age of AI. Our directors captured performances with Michael B. Jordan (Sinners), Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), and Amy Poehler (Parks & Recreation), and collaborated with Harvard’s professors to translate their brand new courses into a compelling and interactive format.

Shaping everything from visual language and tone to episode structure and pacing, our team handled end-to-end production including production design, on-camera direction, multi-camera filming and field coordination across 15 production days and four cities, post production, editing, sound and color finishing, graphics and final delivery. The result is over 7 hours of content across the suite of pilot courses that are modern, actionable, and captivating, all without losing Harvard's rigor and strong pedagogy.
